Here's the information from Fruition.net's penalty checker:

The only entities on the site are those provided by Xenforo.

Anyone else experience a drop in traffic?

Nah, I experience opposite :)
I notice 10% growth on traffic everyday since Panda 4.0.

You must have some good content.

I'm concerned specifically about if the entities may not be implemented correctly by Xenforo.

I don't have a clue what that line is actually even referring to. The terminology they use is only listed by Fruition. What do the details say?

Yeah details seem to be a little scarce for sure.

Here's what the details link says:

Entity Authority Integration into Search Snippets. Mini knowledge boxes. Google rolled out entities within search snippets. This is similar to a knowledge box but on a smaller scale. Wikipedia and DMOZ (serious google?) are two of the sources that have been displayed. This change was hinted at by Matt Cutts' in April, 2014.

In other words, that sounds an awful lot like 'Google taking your content and showing bits of it to users so they don't have to come to your actual site'.
