XF 1.3 Hiding Member list and Whos online from Guests

Hello everyone, I would like to hide our members list and the whos online from Guests.
Wondering if this is possible, I have altered settings for Guest User Group to only view and view node. They are still able to see full member list, and whos online.

Where can I alter that setting?

There is no setting for that in 1.3.

You can achieve it with template edits and conditional statements.
Or an add-on.
