XF 1.3 Hide user from Notable Members list?

I have a User member created for testing purposes, is there a way to hide it from Notable Members list? I disabled all option on profile but for some reason it still displays:

EDIT: From the staff list? Unticking show member as staff might do the trick...

I did not set it as Staff, just a regular registered user so I can test accurately various forum settings for registered users. Testing permissions does not emulate 100% the user's behavior, so I decided to create a test account for this purpose.

Sorry to bump an old thread but am too just wondering if this is at all possible, even by using conditional statements?
