Lack of interest Hide nodes relating to disabled add-ons

Now that the list of enabled add-ons is cached in 1.2 (so this would no longer require an extra query), it would be nice if nodes relating to add-ons that are currently disabled would not appear in the node list. This would avoid unexpected errors (mainly from unresolved class proxies).
