RM 2.1 Hide file name on resource thumbnails

When an image is added to a resource a file name is shown in the thumbnail previews at the bottom. I have tried to hide this using CSS in extra but that causes an isssue with files that are not images stored elsewehere.

Is it possible to hide it here specifically, it didn't show image file names before.
