I use at DB Tech's Shop and Creidts and want to charge forum points to access specific video is there a way I can have it not list in media gallery but where I can embedd it and apply the charge

The only way to hide categories is with permissions and then everything else just respects permissions.

I’d recommend doing a user upgrade for this. You could charge X to become part of a user group which has access to that category.

That's what I ended up doing charge x amount of credits to access the forums
