Help with XenForo

The following error occurred:
The image could not be processed by the server. Please try another or contact the site owner.

Members, including me, get this message above when we try to upload an avatar, is there any way to fix it?

P.S. posting here since I do not own the license for my forums, so can't really upload in support.

Unfortunately we can only provide support to the license holder so please get them to post the support query in the correct location or give you access to post on their behalf.
