XF 1.5 Help with fixing avatar

I'm having some problems with uploading avatars they are not being added to the /data/avatars/ I'm not to sure why there not. Could someone help me out.

If avatars are not being saved I would expect an error of some sort.

Check the ACP error log and the web server error log.

There is no errors. It use to work and now its just stooped.

Probably your host is not supporting it yet.
Is the Imagick PECL extension installed?
or
it is supported but there are too many frames in the file.

When the image is on the server it shows up fine but as I said it will not upload the image.
