XF 2.2 Help with accounts upgrade page

Hey,

We have a custom account upgrades page which looks like this.

The problem I am having is when a user purchases an upgrade it vanishes like so. Even though the display order is correct. How can I keep everything from moving?

ALl they done was modify the template and extra.less. They have said 'Well, I can't do much about that. I just display it in the order in which XenForo sends it to the frontend.'

Once a member purchases an upgrade, that upgrade is no longer available to them.
