Fixed Help pages are missing description meta tags

Currently all help pages are missing:

• <meta name="description"
• <meta property="og:description"
• <meta property="twitter:description"

Considering a description is required for each help page when creating one, it seems this information should be tagged. This would allow for better search engine submissions and more informative unfurled links (see below).

Added meta description/og:description/twitter:description using the metadata_macros->metadata template macro

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
