I havent got any issues on any device I have access too. All I can think is the link in the first post was an old one, ie before ssl encryption and the redirect didnt work for you for some reason.

Nobody else appears to be having and issue, and I can't see any immediate reason why access would be prevented for you. Does it just try and load indefinitely? Tried clearing your browser cache? I'm hosted by @MattW so seems very strange.

It just shows white as in the video above. It happens on all browsers so maybe it is my IP address (or range of IPs) that is blacklisted.

I have no problem accessing any other site. It wouldn't be an issue with Matt's server, best host I have ever had.

I haven't blacklist any IPs - I'm really stumped. Nobody else seems to be having this error, but then I wouldn't know because they couldn't report it!

That's true, only people who know to mention it to you here would be able to.

Your IP was blocked from back in March when your IP tried logging into the mail server on cp2

I unblocked it this morning, thinking that might be the issue (although I vaguely remember thinking it had been whitelisted anyway), but still couldn't get to the help Minds Heal site so I thought that wasn't the issue.

But I just tried again and now I can!

It was very odd, that after I found and unblacklisted the IP this morning, the problem was still there for quite a long time - maybe some cache thing.
