error-2.webp

how can i fix this and receive confirmation email

Unfortunately there's not much more we can add apart from what is listed in the error there.

The user's mail server is not accepting mail from your domain and it advises going here for advice:
https://support.google.com/mail/answer/2451690?hl=en

At this point XF is not involved in the process so we can only recommend using a different service to send mails or seeking support from the existing host/provider.

Make sure that your email address is actually correct and doesn't come across as some spam email.

Sounds like it's bouncing back at you dramatically.

@Chris D this not only happen with gmail also happen with hotmail and yahoo and others email

You need to make sure your SPF and related mail settings for your domain are set up correctly. If you are relaying through an outside provider, typically you need to authorize them via the SPF and make sure your DMARC settings are correct.
It appears that it's trying to relay via yahoo.com email service and your DMARC settings (or theirs) is not allowing it.

@AndyB
i already use Default
Can you show your mail settings from the ACP - if you have any log in credentials in place, simply mask them.

And since you say you already use default, I'm going to assume your MTA is correctly set up on your server? Are you on a VPS or dedicated and are you using cPanel or are you using a shared hosting account?

@Tracy Perry
i use VPS
please tell me step by step what have i do ofr fix this ?

The "step by step" is entirely dependent upon the environment you are running under. cPanel usually configures the MTA for you itself once you create the domains in it from my limited experience with it.
Setting up the MTA on a system (VPS/dedi) that is not running a panel is one of the more detailed (complicated) processes to do it correctly and is not something that can be quickly covered in a discussion like this.

As I stated in response to your initial post, we just pass the email on to your mail server. It is either your mail server or the recipient mail server that is blocking emails which appear to be sent from well known free email providers. As soon as the mail leaves XF we have no control over it.
