RM 1.1 Help changing the tab name for resources to something else

I found the phrase "resources" and changed it to say plugins, all it did was make a new phrase called plugins and my resource tab still say's "resources".

Am I missing something?

Did you edit the phrase text or the phrase title? You need to edit the 'Phrase text':
