Lack of interest Header tags

Don't you think <h1> should be replaced with the logo of the forums and <h2> the thread titles?

Now the thread titles in the pages are <h1> and the logo has no header tags.

If this would mean every page had exactly the same content in h1, no. Having the thread title as h1 is a very important aspect of SEO is it not?

Also having thread titles as h1 gives you the opportunity to tweak your h1's simply by changing (optimising) your thread titles.
