XF 2.3 hCaptcha Connection Errors

I'm running the latest version - 2.3.6 and for the last month, I've been receiving numerous hCaptcha connection errors across all of my forums.



I thought this was fixed with the 2.3.6 version, but it's still continuing. I've had my hosting provider look into it and they had the following to say:

Thank you for your patience while we reviewed the hCaptcha connection issue. Based on our checks, the SSL configuration appears to be valid (verified through SSLShopper), so the issue is likely related to the hCaptcha configuration itself.


We recommend reaching out to hCaptcha support for further assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue. Alternatively, you may consider switching to another captcha provider if the issue persists.

Is this truly an issue with hCaptcha, or the forum software?
