XF 2.3 Having a hard time logging into my admin panel?

I noticed this happens sometimes. When I try to log into my admin panel it just refreshes back to the log in page instead of letting me in, then eventually it'll give me an error. The password is correct. I'm using firefox if that matters......Any idea what the issue could be?

Often a cache problem. I've had that happen before. Disable your add ons, try again. If it persists, disable cache through config. Then one by one start enabling again and you'll find your troublemaker.

Personally, for me it was the analytics add on. But this has been ages ago.

It’s also related to using a VPN. If you’re using one, it’ll refresh and send you back to the login back.

I'm not. This started before I was using the google analytics add-on too though.......I am using Firefox, I wonder if that's the issue?
