have anyone ,anyway to removed css.php and use static css or merge css?
I don't know why this design is so inefficient and can not be used with CDN.

Directly accessing CSS is faster than using CSS The speed of PHP will definitely be much faster even with CACHE
slowly and speed bad?Shouldn't CSS be static for individual or merge?

i think they fixed a lot of issues with this in the upcoming 2.3 release. might be better to wait for it i suppose?

no,they are not ,Just for different pages, loading different small CSS is still done through CSS. PHP
