Have a few questions before I buy

Hello,
I've been running vBulletin since 2009 and I am looking to switch to XenForo. Before I do I have a list of features my forum has right now, and would like to know which ones are included with Xenforo currently, upcoming features or available by add ons/3rd party mods.

Here is the list, it's quite long and thanks for reading it.

Fill tag automatically from post

Send PM when a users thread is moderated

Ability for admins to change the owner of a post

Spy system to show real time updates of forum activity

Downloads system for offering files, with the ability to add external links and track amount

Allow users to change their own username without requesting to an admin

Advanced moderation tools for users from within a post or profile

Flashchat integration for no need to login, or some other chatroom

Gravatar as the default avatar for new members, a random and unique image based on email address

Track guests visits extensively

Add username HTML

Send emails to inactive users to remember them of the forum, and get them to return

There we go, thats the list of features I would like to preserve or have similar functionality, but from XenForo.

No. Not by default, there might be a plugin for this one.

No, highly requested add-on, I don't remember seeing it being shared on this site.

Depending what you need, no and yes. Can't guess.

Currently online displays where they are. Your server access_log has the rest. But extensively, no.

Templates/CSS can be adjusted how you like - but not by the user itself.

Yes. But it's up to you to determine inactive users.

Yes.

xShop by xenDirectory.net I believe might be what you're looking for.

In 1.1, I think. But Google Analytics is integrated (easy to add code)

No, but addon: Shoutbox Tiagra by Darkimmortal is awesome.

There's a default permission tester - but via an addon you can really switch between users.

No. But I think AlexD has made an addon for this (guess)

Yes, paid subscriptions is possible. You can set 1 up for donation. There is also a donation addon for the sidebar.

Yes, an alert system is in place for this, differentiates between replies, quote, adding attachments, etc. Very awesome.

No, but who wants to spam anyway! A per thread SHARE option for social networks such as twitter/facebook/google+ is available, including a counter. So a naturally growth of popular content on the site is available.

Thanks a lot for this. It answered a lot of questions, and it seems there will be quite a few missing features if i switched to XF at this time. I do like the Like buttons though, and twitter is so people can follow the forums latests threads.

Thanks again, maybe I could port over some of the other missing add ons, or to use some kind of placeholder such as a vb install that lets guests use the arcade or something i dunno lol.
