These aren't victimless crimes, people on the other side of the trades often lose a ton of money to pump-and-dump. Its especially bad when someone like Musk pretty much gets away with it because the fines are pocket change.

Whether Elon buys TikTok is an interesting question. I suspect its current audience are a little less receptive to his ideas however.

Which I’m ok with. Usually Paul would already have closed this thread. I think they gave us some some more freedom of speech to see how it goes. Usually Paul closes a thread when he doesn’t like where things are going (referring to, to the right), then he quickly closed the thread. So I’m ok with him not intervening.

So far I think we’re ok, I actually enjoy reading this thread.

the uk is finished, i think xenforo might be liberated because they have to follow UK laws and uk laws has been suppressing and trying to control companies,

this will be good for xenforo in the long run and forums will be able to flourish again without big tech companies having a monopoly

as for the uk, it might become a usa territory, but not before they mass deport all the crazies who were let into there these past 2 decades

Free speech is not applicable to private enterprises on their own premises, it only ensures Congress won’t pass laws restricting it. Just as if I came to your house and said things you didn’t like, I can’t claim free speech if you want to throw me out of your house.

Free speech should be censored here. Literally with the xenForo word censor, due the the vast number of people who use the term incorrectly. Sadly the xenForo censor cannot do it as it cannot censor a phrase, only single words.

My version of xF allows me to censor words and phrases. In fact it even mentions phrases in the instructional blurb
