Has anyone noticed the descriptions?

When loading any xF site, it loads really quick, but the description tooltips are shown as they would be with js disabled. This is usually only when the site is loading faster than usual(I have also tweaked a bunch of firefox settings to make it faster and it makes this happen more frequently). It appears to me that the entire site is being loaded before the scripts any idea how to fix this? Might be a bug but not sure...

Edit:Wanted to also add that once it shows the descriptions(outside the tooltip) it starts to slow down the browser effectively making the load time slower.

That's really just a side effect of "unobtrusive JavaScript". The descriptions are actually in the pages and displayable for non-JS users.
