Fixed Hardcoded contacted url in Email Spammer option

XF 1.0.1
When click on a new member and spam cleaner option, select Email Spammer.
The contact url will be /forum/misc/contact regardless of how this contact url was set in the ACP.
I have set it to a custom url or no url and this email spammer text does not change.

In the code of the text you can email to the user, there is a hardcoded link at the end.
