Fixed Hard delete of profile message still appears on Recent Activity

Note: This is on Win 7, Chrome, and XF 1.0.0.

It appears that whenever I write a message on my profile and then hard-delete it (or soft- then hard-delete), it is removed from my profile, but not from the Recent Activity page. For example, if you look here, you'll see two "test" messages from me, one of which is from yesterday evening.

I've fixed this going forward. We didn't actually track status updates with the profile post in the activity, so there was no connection. I've changed that approach, though it will only apply to updates after you are running the new code. This also paves the way for some further extension in a future version.
