Hard-delete Not Checking Permissions

I am running 1.5 B2

I have permission to hard-delete any post as seen here:

When I try to delete a post, it only shows the "soft"-delete option:

I open up dev tools and saw this:

When I removed the hidden element, I was able to change the value to 1 and hit enter, but then I am given the message "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action".

I have tried hard-deleting a my own post, my own thread, someone else's post, someone else's thread... All the same results.

I am a super admin with all permissions granted.

Whether you are a super admin or not is actually irrelevant to the front end permissions. I don't believe anything will have changed here to cause this so this is still likely to be a permission error (though I could be wrong).

Is it a specific forum you can't hard delete in? If you use Analyze Permissions and check Node Permissions tab with the forum where this problem occurs does that still say Yes?
