One company covers them in this hard candy shell, different colors, all speckled. and calls them bird eggs, or robin eggs, or some such dumb something.

Unfortunately my son (ok ok and his mama) loves malted milk balls, so I get the regular ones, bypassing the candy shell (yuck), and pour them into an Easter celophane bag, wrap a ribbon around it and it still looks all easter-y.
