The lawsuit may be the main reason why 1.2 is on hold, as it would add more code for IB to include into the lawsuit and claim as their own, which would be a total disaster for the expeditious end of the case.

Let's just say there seems to be lots of reasons why 1.2 is delayed.

It's an english thing. 1.2 delayed, the uk rail system train ariving times, delayed, waiting list for people paying national insurance contributions all their life and wait for operations = delayed. Great Britain and proud to be british.
