Hello, I'm not an HTML/CSS ninja and I need help with the header of my website. When clicking on it and moving the mouse, it moves and generates an uncomfortable experience. I just use the website logo as a header with 990x103 pixels, I want it to be background with the possibility of being dragged when clicked. Is that possible?

What is the best way to use a graphic header (fixed width)?

I don't link my site here because it's adult content.

It's all done in Style Properties -> Header and Navigation -> Settings.
