I've installed this, but I can't figure out where should see the permissions? These are the permissions groups I can see. Do I need to toggle something on?

That's user group permissions, which are for frontend. The add-on deals with administrator permissions, which are a separate thing.

In Groups and Permissions -> Administrators. You assign each admin individually.

Yep, I can see how I add or remove administrators. I can't see where I set those granular permissions, though.

When you add those admins, there you set the permissions for them.

Aha! I figured out what the problem was -- I was looking at my own admin settings, and I'm the super admin. If I look at at other admin's settings, I see those. Thanks!

When assigning the "Mass Alert or Message Users" to a user, the menu items for this don't appear in the Communications Tab. But when you're visiting the link "admin.php?users/alert" it allows you to sent an alert.

It just doesn't appears in the Communication tab

Ok thanks for investigating this! My temporarily solution is just to let users go to that link directly.

Is there any way I can add the ACP “Sent Alert” page to the front-end part so I can create a page where moderators can sent alerts to users through the frontpage?
