ICBC (local government insurance) broke up an insurance fraud ring awhile ago. Get someone to brake with the intent of getting rear-ended while another car blocked the other lane so the "victim" couldn't lane change. Then they all file for whiplash (always 4 guys in car) and pocket a quick $10K each.I am not going to go into the how or why, but I know of people who would get people to road rage and then rear end them by brake jobbing them after they accelerate to catch up...and in my state..no matter what the circumstance is...if you rear end someone ...it is your fault. Some fraud artists buy cars that are for sale for way less than they are worth on the books and try to get enough damage done to make more than they paid for the car and bank off your insurance at the cost of your rates and/or deductible going up. Then they sell the car for 500 bucks and move on to the next mark.

Last I heard they were all being sued for return of the money, along with facing fraud charges.
That's a better rage:

That's roid rage...not road rage
I know, and this is better
Caught on someone's dash cam here in Los Angeles as they drove down the Freeway/Highway/Expressway (take your choice of definitions)
Had something similar happen to me in the early 90's in Houston. Only difference is when the guy got out of the car he was carrying a baseball bat. I exited my vehicle and he decided he didn't want to play anymore when he saw the Colt .45 auto in the right hand and the badge in the left. He ended up getting to play with Houston PD instead.
It's always these out-of-state nuts. I've seen similar incidents on the 405 driving home from work.

Sorry couldn't help myself.Weapons are always the answer.
Excuse my ignorance but what are those?I used to keep paint balls in my Jeep in college to toss at other drivers.
