XF 2.2 Google tag manager

If one isn't using tags on their site, is there a particular reason that XF apparently loads the Goggle tag manager JS?

Have you figured out the cause of this? Could it be an addon? Or is it really Xenforo?

I don't use that googletagmanager and don't have an account there. I only see it with another id starting with UA-XXX
I don't use pagespeed either. Only adsense.
