Google Integration with a Redirect Url

Is it possible to link to an URL from a non-Xenforo page to have it redirect to Google and enable the user to create an account?

I noticed that in the twitter integration, it is possible to simply link to "domain.com/community/register/twitter?reg=1" and it will redirect to Twitter and allow the user to give access to my app, but for the Google integration it seems to use javascript. In the setup there is an option to set "Authorized Rediret URIs". The description reads:
"For use with requests from a web server. This is the path in your application that users are redirected to after they have authenticated with Google. The path will be appended with the authorization code for access. Must have a protocol. Cannot contain URL fragments or relative paths. Cannot be a public IP address."

Is there a way to link to "domain.com/community/register/google" and somehow have it redirect to the give access app page on Google?
