And finally, where on earth are you (country) ?

As stated in my first posting I live in Austria (Sound of music not the kangaroos ) and I use the latest version of Chrome on Mac OS X.

I would contact Google Support

If Switzerland (which boarders you) can sell things... I can't imagine why you only have coupons and nothing else.

According to their FAQ Checkout for seller is only available in USA and GB.
I contacted their support now.

Could be your country isn't allowed. Can't imagine why.

I wouldn't depend on that FAQ. It doesn't seem to be honest about things.... ie... I have purchased from people in other countries and have sold to people in other countries.

I read the letter, but it still doesn't make sense. As I said, I know people who sell from other countries and they're not just using Google Play to sell Android Apps.

..... Go figure .... Sorry you're not having any luck
