XF 1.5 Google Ads on Mobile Devices

We have AdSense working perfectly for full screen devices.

But they are not surprisingly too large for smaller screens.

What's the easiest way to swap ads or ad sizes out so full size ads are shown on full screen and smaller ads for smaller screens?

Can this be done with standard XenForo settings? Or does it require an Ad Manager add-on of some sort?

Or do I do it in CSS with Viewport blocks?
