You can remove it yourself, thank the author for being brilliant and making it a phrase. Search this in your ACP (or in phrases): gfnregavatar_avatar_input_explain and just remove everything there.

By the way, there's a bug that everytime the same avatar is displayed inside the "New Post" Widget, which's included in Xenforo 1.5 ( see: elementaryforums.com ).
Another Question, is there any random avatar API/Generator which generates very clear avatar head (or other very brilliant) images? like this http://graphicriver.net/item/avatars/11613927 or http://graphicriver.net/item/avatars/10157647

Very odd on the bug. I'll try replicating this. The next release for Avatar On Registration will include a avatar gallery to allow users to choose an avatar that an admin has uploaded to the server (For an example of what i'm talking about look at https://xenforo.com/community/resources/avatar-gallery.276/ . GFNRegAvatar_Listener_CodeEvent::extend is invalid (invalid class)
I've tried to re-isntall several times and still the same message.
I'm using XF1.52

upload the files to correct location. Upload the contents of "upload" folder to your root forum install. And try again.
