XF 2.0 Global "Post Thread" Button Not working on top of all pages

Our Global Post Thread button is not working. It is pointing to https://ourdomain.com/community/forum/-/create-thread but pop up is oops something went wrong. It looks like the same url structure as button here.

Is there a fix for this?
