Global password reset function

In case of a breach its needed to reset all passwords. Please add this function to XF.

Usergroup reset can act as a global reset if you were to reset Registered based on how XF recommend you set the groups up (ie registered as the base group for everyone)

Usergroup specific resets may work great if you are under any attack and have a big user base. Because if we follow your suggested methods until all password resets are completed it may possed danger to website. Thats why i would first prefer to reset Staff Passwords then regular user passwords.

But even without that option i believe this should be within XF 2.0
