I think it would be very good specially for us developers, to have a git repository where we can create branches and create Pull Requests, this would allow us to support core developers.

While we appreciate the sentiment, that's not actually something we want to do.
You may still contribute code if you wish, though where and how depends on the context. If it's new/changed functionality, you would need to post it as a suggestion. If it's a bug fix, then the bug should be reported in the Bug reports forum.
Although code contributions are always appreciated, we can't guarantee that we would necessarily use the exact code provided or even at all, so often it might be better to report the issue first; we wouldn't want to waste your time if it's something we can't or won't use
