Hello @gabtww and thank you for your interest in Gift! You are able to remove the Christmas hats by navigating to Appearance -> Style Properties -> Gift -> Enable Avatar Hats. As far as the snow goes I'd have to check on this as I don't believe we offer an option that allows you to disable that.

You are able to get rid of the snow by inputting this into your extra.less template:

.gift_snowBox {display: none !important;}

Also, just a suggestion but you might also like Prisma as well as it is just like Gift but without the Christmas features on it. You can view it here. Although if you like the Gift theme instead then no worries!
