Whenever myself or another person on the community uploads a GIF they get this error. As well as when they try to use GIFs they get this image:
*The one in the middle*
This was a test I did. I personally got three of the four GIFs to work. However, one did give me the X image. Another member said every GIF he uses gives him that image.

So does anyone know the reason behind this? My site is upgraded to https, however one of the four images I used was an http just to test to see if that was the issue. The http GIF worked without any problems.
