I've turned on virtually every anti-spam thing I can.

What else can I do?

I am willing to pay to prevent the spam accounts and posts...

Are you banning IP ranges or countries? It's getting pretty bad.

The three combined will virtually eliminate any spam

There are several anti spam mods in the resources section. I use @Ozzy47 's Spaminator Registration mod and it is great. I think @Xon has one as well that tackles the issue with a different approach.
