XF 1.4 Getting Server Errors All of the Sudden?

Hey Everyone,
I've started getting server errors out of the blue the other day. It's been daily for the past three days. I haven't installed any new addons or anything. Blow I have screen shots attached.

Any help would be great!

I see reference to an add-on in the trace (email subscription).

Try disabling that and see if the errors stop.

If they do, you will need to contact the author for support.
