Getting people to Register and Post

How can I get people to visit my Forums, register and post on it. I am doing Social Media but this taking lots of time. Some community which allows trading of forum posts?

There is a forum on TheAdminZone.com (run by @The Sandman) called "The Exchange" where there are many forum owners who are exchanging posts to help each other start forums. It may be a good place to ask for a post trade.

I signed up at this forum and they have certain requirements before I can post in the section you mentioned which I trying to fulfill. Any other forum community like that which allow exchange of forum posts?

They are closing there doors in 4 days from November 1 and website will be down. I had used them before for blogs, sad to see them go. Any other website like them?
