XF 2.1 getPaymentProfile returns false

I bought an add-on that hasn't worked since I got it, not here to complain about that.

I'm new to XF and would like to figure this out since the guy who made the add-on has been M.I.A for 3-4 months so I need to get this figured out.

Using the default payment profiles I started to get a bit of an understanding of how it all goes together. I have installed the add-on. But no matter what I do, state->getPaymentProfile(); always returns false. The webhook is set up proper as well, I'm getting responses on the other end.

TLDR

Why does this state->getPaymentProfile(); return false?

Only someone with access to the source code will be able to investigate and determine the problem.

Typically that would be the add-on developer.

Your question would be better posted in the resource thread, so those who are using it can attempt to assist.
