Implemented Generalise CODE tag syntax support

Would be great to (using GeSHi or similar) allow CODE tags to support a much wider variety of syntaxes than simply html and php.

Similar, but not quite the same.

The other suggestion was with regards to enhancing what addons can do, this one is about implementing the entire featureset into the core.

This is implemented in XF 2.0 using Prism.
