...WebP is not activated for imagick?

Unfortunately my host offers an old version of imagick which does not support WebP, they will update it but it will take up to 4 months (hello responsiveness). So in the meantime is it better to activate XF image optimization via GD or not activate it and use imagick? Knowing that my forum has a very small audience (it is just 1 month old).

My tests on GD were very positive. Judge savings on disk space with no significant quality loss.

The only thing stopping me is the users on Safari Mojave and Catalina.

Just check my php.ini and GD version is 2.2.4 (2017)... and...

MG 2.2 Thread 'Thumbnails background dotted with small black spots'

Hello,

I noticed some small anomalies on the album page of the gallery. The thumbnail of the albums, created with the photos contained in them, has a background dotted with small black spots. I don't know if this is from my PC or if it's actually on the thumbnails, I don't see them here on XF.

Can someone check my site?
