XF 2.3 Imagick and WebP

I tried imagick on my board but i received error when i tried to upload images in MG.
On a iPhone the process aborts and i can't upload the image, on a PC/Windows the process ended but the image and thumbnail are replaced by a pictogram.

I checked my PHP info and saw that WebP is not listed on the format supported list.
That's why it doesn't work?

In the XF ACP the extension to activate is Imagick PECL, is my version running on my instance is PECL regarding the PHP info?

On a fresh XF 2.3 RC2, XFMG 2.2.6, PHP 8.2 WebP enabled W10





I can click upload but the image never shows in the MG when using an existing category.





When I try using the create album option:

Same version of imagick, 3.7.0 but release dates are different: 2017-01-14 for me and 2023-07-30 for you

Hmm, not sure where I got release 2023-07-30. Pecl shows 2022-01-11.

Just upgraded my instance to PHP 8.3.6 but the problem persists.

BUT...

• Image processor to GD and Image optimizing to YES = no problem, images are uploaded and optimized to WebP
• Image processor to imagick Image optimizing to NO = no problem images are uploaded

So i'v got a problem with my imagick version that does not support WebP i imagine...

What type of image are you using to test? I cannot get any .webp image to upload.
