Fixed From Email does not update from Email Options

When you enter an email address in 'admin.php' and then later update the changes. Email Users -> From Email does not change from inital creation of Default Email Address

Home -> Options -> Email Options -> Deafaut Email Address -> enter an email -> Save

check Users -> Email Users -> Email From

now change the Default Email Address, then go back to Email Users. you will notice the Default Email Address did not change from the inital creation of the Default Email Address.

This was actually using the contact email address. That seems misleading based on descriptions, so I have changed it.
