I just wanted to wait for my company to buy xf until it's released... (I distrust in the knowledge of the vB Staff) - but as soon as I was aware of the lawsuite, I bought xf to support you. Because to be honest: your software is built with the most recent technologies of javascript and html. Damn it looks just.... good. We now have phpBB, but the facebook integration we can use is done with an add-on and we are NOT happy with that.
Back to topic: I also don't think you need a customer only forum.
