Fixed Forum List in Quick Navigation Menu is empty if Category is deselected

There is the option in the ACP to choose which nodes are included in the Quick Navigation Menu.
If Category is deselected then no nodes at all are shown.

Of course this could be by design but the checkboxes indicate that all nodes are able to be displayed independently.

A possibly related bug is that if just Page is deselected then only level 1 nodes (i.e. Categories) are shown.

The first part of this is as expected - the parent node must be shown for children to be shown.

The second one is fairly obscure, but a legitimate bug that's now fixed.
