Browser issue Forum extending too far in Opera

Running the latest Opera 11 beta on Win 7, here's my view of the bottom of a forum section.
Essentially, there's a huge area of gray under the footer where the page just goes on for no reason.

Seems to be related to the Thread Display Options dropdown thingy, once clicking that it normalizes.

Probably a browser bug, but still.

iirc opera doesnt like the css height attribute, is a min-height / max-height needed?

i can confirm it on Opera 11 stable.

It's not actually related to the thread display options thing - it happens with JS off. Additionally, modifying all sorts of CSS seems to fix it; almost seems like any edit that changes the height fixes it.

Debugging this is a nightmare and it's a really trivial bug, so tagging this as a browser bug.
