XF 1.4 forum ads add-on?

What add-on do you recommend to insert ads in the forum posts? I see some XF sites where the 2nd forum post is auto-generated listing an ad. What add-on do you recommend for this? What generates those ads? Thanks!

I believe Digital Point Ad Positioning is one of the ones that does the below the first post ads.

No need for an add-on, you can just use the ad_message_below template for this.
